We have the earliest homecoming known to man this year. Its only 2 Saturdays away. Jesus. Yesterday we had our first pep rally- for juniors and SENIORS only. Haha, it was the first year we've ever excluded sophomores and freshman, so the sophomores desided to protest. About half their class wore orange or red shirts... It was a good idea I guess, but it would have made more sence if they had all worn red, considering the game that night was against our biggest rival, the Lake Brantley Patriots, who's colors are red and blue (we're blue and white). Like I was saying, we had a pep rally, which wasn't anything special, just boring.
The did announce homecoming and powder puff court. That was fun. Of course there were the girls that everyone knew would get nominated, but my friend Erica Chesack who is the NICEST girl in the WHOOOOOLE world got nominated too! I was so freakin' excited- she deserves it about 10x more than any of the other girls, because for them its just a popularity contest. If you go to Apopka High School, VOTE FOR ERICA!!!!! With the guys it wasn't much different, 4 football players, 3 from the "it" clique, and one nice guy named Mark. LoL, don't get me wrong, all of the guys are nice, but its pointless to even nominate them because everyone already knows who will win.
So last night was the football game. I didn't go because I wasn't feeling good at ALL, but we won so that's all that matters! LAKE BRANTLEY CAN KISS OUR ASS FOR ANOTHER YEAR! That's all that I care about. If we had lost, it would have sucked, especially because it was a home game, but we didn't so it doesn't matter.
In other news, Powder Puff Practice has started. For those of you who don't know what Powder Puff is, its a game of girl's flag football (even though we WILL be tackling), when the SENIOR girls play the junior girls. Every year, the game is supposed to be rigged so that the seniors win, but last year, my wonderful class of 2004 beat the seniors. Muhaha, it was beautiful. Seniors will win again this year, WITHOUT the help of cheaters. No offense to Meagan (who's a junior), but they SUCK this year. We already have like 5 plays, and our offensive and defensive teams set up. I'm an offensive gaurd (again) this year, which means I get to TACKLE the other girls. Its funny as hell because the defensive line is usually bigger girls, but I'm takin' 'em down! Yeah baby!
